From initial design concept to completion. This project was planned in house with the help of Stroh Architects and Trever Hill Design. This property includes a roof top patio featuring grills and pergola, gym, interior pet wash station, rooftop pet pee area, heated parking and polished concrete floors. Utilizing space planning and modern design we were able to maximize the available land to build this one of a kind 35 unit property in the Cathedral District of Downtown Fargo, ND in just Nine Months!
